It makes me wonder if Tina Turner wrote that song about mortgage lending. :) In all seriousness - Kraig helped me refinance my mortgage to take over the loan without my original co-borrower. We were able to get through the process smoothly and were closed before we even knew it. We have worked together on numerous occasions and it just keeps getting easier each time. I like to think that we're the A Team - and maybe I'm in the wrong line of business since I'm such a pro- but really it's all about Kraig's knowledge and professionalism. We were able to get a lower rate than planned and eliminate PMI which is great. I cannot say enough good things about Kraig. After a frustrating experience with a big bank lender, my husband and I reached out to Kraig at a friends recommendation and we could not have asked for a better experience.
